Term Two Top Pick – Computer Applications

Computer Applications form the foundation to understanding information technology.

Since these “computers” appear to be around to stay, why not learn the basic applications used to operate them?

Today’s Term Two Top Pick, Computer Applications (INFS 1010) introduces students into the specific knowledge of computer software. Students learn the update systems of word-processing, spreadsheets, electronic communication, and presentation graphics and online database searching. The course also instructs students on how to integrate electronic information from various sources.

This Term Two INFS 1010 class gets delivered online with practical hands-on experience using computer applications. The course earns three credit hours.

Term Two courses begin Oct. 5th. You can register NOW via MyNortheast. Students MAY BE ELIGIBLE to have the tuition and fees for these courses covered through their current Tennessee Promise, Tennessee Reconnect, or other financial aid resources.

The Term Two courses are offered through web synchronous ZOOM classes, online content delivery, and conventional on-ground options for students.
