Level up your knowledge game. Enroll in one or more Northeast State Honors Institute courses this upcoming fall semester!
The Northeast State Honors Institute develops advanced courses to give students an opportunity to work in smaller class sections. The Fall 2021 semester features approximately 20 Honors courses both on-ground and online. These courses range from Anatomy and Physiology and Microbiology to Early United States History and Introduction to Psychology.

The program is open to new and currently enrolled students who meet these eligibility requirements:
- An ACT score of 25 or higher
- A SAT of 1140 or higher
- An overall GPA (high school or college) of 3.25 or higher.
Honors students join a community of peers from a variety of academic majors. These students seek to get the most they can from each class meeting. The Honors Program unites dedicated faculty and highly-motivated students to who share a commitment to the finest qualities of scholarship.
