The Fall 2020 Term Two section begins in one week and there’s still time to register! Today’s two Term Two Top Picks – Pre-Calculus Trigonometry (MATH 1720) and Introductory Statistics (MATH 1530) are strong options to satisfy mathematics course degree requirements.
Students are required to pass Pre-Calculus Algebra (MATH 1710) to register for MATH 1720. This course prepares students for the study of calculus – a mathematics field required for the study of engineering.
To enrolled in MATH 1530, students are required to pass students must pass Basic and Developmental Reading READ 0870;. Students must enroll at Northeast State with an ACT Math subscore of 19 or higher or be concurrently enrolled in MATH 0530. prior completion of all Learning Support Math requirements.
The Term Two courses are offered through web synchronous ZOOM classes, online, and conventional on-ground options for students. The full list of Term Two courses and method of content delivery are as follows:
