Good news. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now open and accepting applications!
Better news! Northeast State’s Financial Aid Help Center staff can help students complete said FAFSA application and get funds for college.
Students seeking assistance filling out the FAFSA form can schedule an appointment with Financial Aid staff via ZOOM meeting or telephone call. Financial Aid staff are available during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staff are also available to arrange after-hours appointments as needed.
High school students – including home-schooled students – preparing to graduate as the class of 2021 can file their FAFSA application for college now. The deadline to complete the 2021-22 FAFSA application is Feb. 1, 2021. Students can access 2021-22 FAFSA application online now at the website: https://studentaid.gov/.
Students can make an appointment for a Zoom or telephone meeting by contacting Financial Aid staff at 423.323.0252 or e-mail fahelpcenter@northeaststate.edu.
This assistance is offered to prospective students who have applied for admission to Northeast State as well as current students who are returning for additional terms.
