Workforce Solutions at Northeast State Community College announces an ISO training course in collaboration with the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Studies (UTCIS) beginning in April.
Workforce Solutions and the Institute for Public Service of UTCIS present the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training course. The course meetings are scheduled April 28 & 29. All class sessions will meet from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The classes meet in the Corporate Training Center, Room T027, in the Technical Education Complex building on the College’s Blountville campus next to Tri-Cities Airport.
This workshop is for those responsible for conducting or participating in internal audits for ISO 9001:2015 including: performing audits to ISO 9001:2015, employees or associates acting as an internal audit team member, quality Assurance Managers, Quality Assurance professionals, ISO Project Managers, ISO Project Team Members, or anyone desiring an understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 Audit Process.
Interactive workshops, simulated audits, tutorials, and case studies will be used to develop practical audit skills, enhance evaluation and communication skills. Participants refine their audit reporting skills and learn how to implement corrective actions programs. The course fee is $600 per participant.
