By order of the Governor, and in accordance with the proclamation from the President, flags over the Tennessee State Capitol and all State office buildings are to continue to fly at half-staff until sunset on Tuesday, April 20 in memory of the victims of the April 15 shooting at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.
