The Wayne G. Basler Library at Northeast State Community College is returning to regular operating hours starting June 3.
Library Dean Chris Demas said the facility would open from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
“All library staff will be working five days a week on campus,” Demas said. “We want to encourage our faculty, staff, and students to visit us and take advantage of our services.”
Demas said the facility would continue to offer virtual assistance through the library’s website, and patrons can chat or text message with librarians.
The library has a collection size of more than 70,000 volumes and features an extensive selection of online databases, eBooks, eAudiobooks, and streaming videos.
