Echoes and Images contest winners announced!

The winners of the 2021-2022 Echoes & Images Literary and Visual Art Contest have been announced.

Judges selected winners from a competitive field of excellent contest entries submitted by Northeast State students. Entries are submitted in the categories of original art, photography, and literature of both fiction and nonfiction.

The selections will be published in this year’s edition of the magazine. The judges for Echoes and Images express their deepest thanks to the talented writers and artists who contributed their work. This year’s winners are:

Visual Art

Echoes and Images is Northeast State’s award-winning student literary magazine recognizing students’ visual art and literary work. The magazine has been published annually for 34 years.

The public is invited to see the arts and meet the artists at the annual Echoes & Images Reading, Art Exhibition, and Awards Ceremony scheduled April 13. The ceremony takes place at 6:00 p.m. in Room L106 of Wayne Basler Library at the Blountville campus.
