The Northeast State Bookstore announces the Spring semester financial aid charge period starts January 9 and continues through January 23. The charge period ends online a few days before the last day to charge to allow time for order processing.

Students should be aware the Tennessee Promise and Tennessee Reconnect funding mechanisms DO NOT cover the Follett DEI Bookstore Charge.
Students will see a “Follett DEI Bookstore Charge” on their MyNortheast student account for any classes they are enrolled in that are participating in the Follett Access program. Not all classes are in the Follett Access program. Students can click this Spring 2023 Access Flyer link to know which classes are included. Please note that not all forms of aid cover the cost of the Follett DEI Bookstore Charge.
