Two Apprentices Celebrate Career Milestone

After two years of hard work, William Odom and James Simpson have earned maintenance technician status through Northeast State’s apprenticeship program. The pair completed 536 hours of classroom instruction and 4,000 hours of on-the-job training while building valuable skills at LeClerc Foods Tennessee.

Their achievement highlights the impact of apprenticeship programs that combine education and hands-on experience to prepare employees for long-term career success.
