Northeast State hosts Home School Day for the region’s home-schooled students to visit and learn more about the College. The event is scheduled March 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Wayne G. Basler Library on the Blountville campus next to Tri-Cities Airport.
Home School Day welcomes home-schooled students interested in attending Northeast State via dual enrollment or upon graduating with a high school diploma. Information sessions will cover admissions, dual enrollment, the Honors Program, and financial aid & scholarships.
One highlight of the program will be the Student Q&A Panel, where guests can ask questions of current Northeast State students who were home schooled. Student-led campus tours will be available as well. Students and parents interested in attending this event are asked to RSVP by March 11 by calling 423.323.0229.
