Submit an Access & Scholarship app by June 1

Applications are being accepted now through June 1 for the Northeast State Educational Access and Diversity Scholarship. The Access and Diversity Scholarship provides financial assistance to eligible Tennessee residents who express a desire to continue their education and show potential for graduation from Northeast State with certificates and/or associate degrees.

To be considered for the Educational Access and Diversity Scholarship Program, individuals must:

  • Be eligible to apply for Federal Student Aid and must complete the 2019-2020 FAFSA.
  • Enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester.
  • Applicants with earned college credit must have a minimum overall combined 2.75 GPA inclusive of Learning Support coursework.
  • Eligible applicants must not have earned associate degrees or higher by the beginning of the 2019 Fall Semester.
  • Graduation from Northeast State terminates scholarship eligibility.
