You can place an order for library books/materials and pickup them up the next day! Thanks to another great idea from the Wayne G. Basler Library staff at Northeast State.
Basler Library now offers students, staff, and community borrowers the option to check out on-shelf selections and pick those items up at the College’s Blountville campus. Interested borrowers are asked to fill out the online form found here: https://northeaststate.libwizard.com/f/Book-Pickup the day before they want to pick up a Library item or items. The form invites borrowers to pick select the available items to checkout and choose the time to pick them up. The pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The form must be submitted by 8:00 p.m. the daybefore any borrower plans on picking up a Library item. Forms submitted on Friday through Sunday through before 8:00 p.m., Sunday night will be filled the following Monday.
Library staff will meet borrowers at their vehicles in the drop-off circle just outside the atrium on the Blountville campus. The requested item(s) will be given to the borrowers and confirmed as checked out by staff.
Library items can be returned to the Library drop box located by the Welcome Center at the entrance of the Blountville campus. We ask NO CLASS TEXTBOOKS be dropped off, please.
