To answer this question, Workforce Solutions at Northeast State offers Call Center Training 101 workshop. The workshop class meetings will be held online via Zoom.
The workshop sessions are scheduled March 16 and March 17, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST. All classes will be held at Wayne G. Basler Library on the Blountville campus next to Tri-Cities Airport. Course fees is $99 with group rates available.
Customer service involves developing communication skills and building strong internal collaboration to remove barriers. This two-day workshop focuses on training organizations to develop a customer-centric business culture.
Participants will learn innovative ways to build commitment to organizational objectives through workplace learning and development. The workshop involves participants through group work and class discussions.
