Ella Fennell received the Outstanding Student of the Year for 2023. Fennell is a university parallel major who will graduate this spring. She is a member of the President’s All-Academic Team of students graduating with 4.0 grade point averages during their time at Northeast State. Outstanding student nominees must hold no less than a 3.3 cumulative grade point average, exhibit excellent community service at the college and in the community.
