COREX25 is a leadership framework comprised of five essential platforms of leadership and five universal principles of teamwork. The leadership platforms are culture; operations; results; expansions; and x-factor. The five teamwork principles are clarity; cohesiveness; character; competence; and capacity.

When the principles are applied to each of the five platforms, 25 unique “craft points” emerge that serve to help a leader identify issues and then craft solutions that serve their team and align them for success.

The course instructor is Dave McAuley, an independent certified Leadership Coach, Consultant and Founding Member of the John Maxwell Team. He is also certified in the 5 Voices system. McCauley has over 40 years of experience in leading teams in a wide variety of settings including businesses, nonprofits, and churches.
